Disappointing quality of product
We ordered x2 wall lights for our living room, within a month of installing one of the bulbs had ended up on the floor due to it melting. They sent a replacement in the wrong colour luckily we could use our previous bracket so paid for our electrician to come back out to fit the replacement. A couple of months later the other light started flickering and has now stopped working. When reporting this I advised I wanted a refund as I wasn’t happy with the product to which I was advised I was out the refund period. This was disappointing due to all the issues I had a now only x1 light working I will have to change both.
