Silk and Cat eye mascara fail
Bought the silk fiber mascara along with the cat eyes mascara. The silk fiber had no English instructions. I tried doing the mascara first then the fibers and vice versa. Both failed. Just fibers everywhere, including inside your eyes as they dangle from your lashes and when u open your eyes they can obviously end up inside. Ugh! I emailed them, no response. Reached out to their FB account and was told to email their support. I told them I did and have not heard back. Guess what, that FB account did not respond anymore either. Here’s my order # 69780a. I just want my money back and they can take these items off my hands and my eyes.
