Pixlr Background Remover - Resolved
I subscriber of Pixlr and after their latest update, I could not locate their Background Remover. After emailing Customer Support, I was informed that it was removed because it wasn't a popular feature for users. I did a search on Amazon AI and it stated there is an area where you can remove backgrounds. I tried it but when It didn't work. The new updated webpages are in some ways are complicated and difficult to figure out. However, I decided to email customer service again and got a response telling me that the Pixlr Background Remover is back but no instructions on how to locate that link. So I responded for instructions. I received the instructions and finally found the Background Remover link. The person how helped me find that link was very attentive an polite, and gave me "step by step" instructions included a ScreenShot to resolve my issues. (Thank You) Some of the previous email responses from Pixlar Support gave their names, and the last person did not leave a name. I also understand that some of the Support could be done by AI too. I just want everyone to know that the Pixlr Customer Support Team is Fantastic!!!! They always respond and get back to you.
