Took too long and less £ than advised
Although the team were always very nice and helpful, the outcome took the best part of 3 years to complete and the calculated ( by money redress) amount was not the £8500 ( after MR 30% deducted) but £2500 which I guess is more than I would have had as I wouldn't have done this on my own . But the timescale was ridiculous and the amount recovered a disgrace not necessarily MR fault. I think more the Financial ombudsman held it up and made final decision. Still waiting on a separate amount being calculated which will be a few hundred i think if anything at all.
