Poor service/ JJ's have contacted me and the issue is resolved.
Update: Changed to 4 stars after the positive communication I have received from JJ's house. Customer service responded to my review on here. I noticed the size was wrong on my order, contacted JJ's house. The order hadn't been dispatched. They charged me another 50% to change the dress size. Lied saying it had to be made from scratch. After I paid, my order arrived the next day. This just proves that they had the dress in stock and have literally ripped me off.
