Recommended by a close friend, whose experience with Worthy had been extremely positive, I decided to take the plunge with my Rolex watch. Given Worthy’s structure, it’s a risk free process. If your strike price is not achieved at auction, the item is simply returned to you, with an out of pocket cost of zero (Worthy covers all the shipping)! After mailing them my watch, it was evaluated and accepted for auction but I didn’t agree with the suggested strike price. A phone call later, the price was adjusted to my liking and the following day the auction started. I “watched” the auction process live on my phone, aware of interested parties and their approximate geographic location. Actual bids were posted to my phone immediately after submission. My strike price was surpassed on the fourth day and I received the money about 2 weeks later, via direct deposit to my bank account. Communication and directions during the entire process were handled superbly by Worthy’s staff. My phone calls and questions were answered promptly and professionally. Overall my entire experience was seamlessly exceptional, and I could not give this company a more heartfelt recommendation!
