Great products and helpful warranty support
I have bought several ATK mice and one controller from them. The mice work perfectly and the quality is excellent. My controller had an issue after about 1.5 months – one of the back buttons stopped working. I contacted support and they handled the warranty quickly and professionally. They sent me a replacement controller without any problems. Overall I’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service. It’s good to see a company that stands behind their warranty.
