EFIS purchased for FF A320 only…
EFIS purchased for FF A320 only partially works. Aftwer several attempts on getting support, their technical team accessed my computer but had to agree in the end that there is an issue trying to tie it up in XP11. Seven months later it is still not rectified. I then decided to purchase the MCDU which arrived promptly and looks good but six months later I still cannot use it because they have not produced the necessary to make it compatible in XP11. Having contacted them numerous times, you get the same rubbish answers that are no help whatsoever. Yes, the products and all they are producing looks good and is very decently priced BUT what is the point of producing items that you cannot use. I find their customer service team totally ridiculous and this is a bright RED flag for XP11 users.
