I bought a BREG shoulder pad from you. I called customer service during your listed hours of operation. Left a voicemail asking to be contacted on 20 SEP. I needed to return the item & place another order for the one that would work with my BREG Unit. I am STILL waiting for that call. Meanwhile, I must use & constantly replace melting ice packs.
