I ordered a colored wig it arrived in 3 days the hair was soft but after 3 weeks the hair becamed very tangled I washed and conditioned the hair and it tangled and knotted even more. I know how to care for hair. This product was terrible and I feel as though I was ripped off and over charged for poor quality hair.I emailed the company and informed them I will never buy from them again. I was asked to send them pictures so I did and still waiting for a response from them about their colored 1B dark roots #613 over price crappy human hair wig! UPDATE*****Nana Hair emailed me offering to send me a new bundle so the wig could reinstalled said I am not interested how about a refund so never again Will I order from them!!!!
