Laguna Pearl very good, FED EX very poor
The pearl pendant was very nice. The customer service was great in trying to motivate their shipper, FED EX, to stop and delay shipment by indicating it somewhere in one of their shipping hubs that was beyond FED Ex control. Recommend Laguna Pearl find a new shipper.
