UPDATE to my earlier post on (a lack of) service
UPDATE: One week on from my review and guess what? Still no refund. Still no communication. At what point does poor service become something far more serious? These guys are irresponsible and couldn't care less about their clients. This company has taken money, failed to deliver, promised a refund, and then disappeared. Strongly advise others to stay well clear. LaundryHeap service is far more superior.
