Beware of this scam
Beware of this scam. Purchased ticket for a family and huge surprize at the check in. The airline advised that ticket was voided, prepaid luggage lost. Had to purchase new tickets. Although refund came after complaints, no compensation of fare difference, prepaid luggage, phone calls. Book with them unless you love stress and adventure. NO CONTACT AT ALL, NO EMAIL, NO WARNING. They just lie and try to avoid liability. So just disregards their comment as it is just to appear and pretend non existent actions.
