Bad quality, cant return
The quality of the products you sell is bad. You cannot return defective products to China, as sellers request, because the shipping from the USA is more than the item cost. We are much better off buying from a US seller. followup, Dont believe the claim that they will find the best solution for you. They will ask you to do a bunch of silly requests in order to break you down. They will not return you money. Followup, Paypal is siding with this Chinese company. They refuse to honor my claim unless I send the item to the seller in China. Its a $26 item, shipping to China is more than twice the initial cost with no guarantee of repayment for shipping. Don't use Paypal for international purchases.
