We are requesting a full refund for our two tickets. I think the entire venue where it was set up was awful. As you know, general admission is where you get a seat anywhere which we did however, we saw there’s no stage at the Sebring Civic Center and we were in the back row. You couldn’t see the floor. That’s where they were performing on the floor. It was awful. Everyone was standing to see or they were leaving their seats and coming and standing behind my husband and I so they could see. it was the only way to see the performance. The strobe lights, the music the sound effects. The special effects were only seen by the front two rows or if you were lucky enough to have an aisle seat and you could extend your head out into the aisle from your seat. We left after 10 minutes. We were not gonna stand and stretch our necks to try to see a performance on a floor 200 to 300 feet away from us.I would appreciate a full refund of $72.60. The performance should’ve been on a stage elevated where your entire audience could enjoy the performance. we had no idea who was on the floor. What was on the floor and what anyone was doing.
