Scam Work. Rude Admin. Foreign Company Penalty Farm.
One big con is that they assign an admin to tutors, some admin have been documented for their very rude demeanours and taking out their disinterest in work, personally on freelance tutors as the communication is not face-to-face and often ignores time-off requests as well as inquiries into unexpected penalties. It is hoped that Lingoace could respect the tutors, they ovework them as if they are ants there in the company with them in China. They are not in China and in many cases, they explain through the interview process that this is a part-time job, this is not mean't to be a full-time work around the clock gig. If that is the kind of employee you want, the salary shouldn't be 6.7 USD with an unattainable standard to reach higher. Do not force employees to receive salary ONLY through Payoneer, this application/software charges employees to get their own salaries. This has been edited as lingo ace didn’t appreciate the first edition of this review, this is how petty this company is. Guess they are desperate for desperate freelancers.
