I sent a book in excellent condition and they say it is "rough"
I sent sellbackyourbook.com a pristine copy of 9780960345038 The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch and they said it was in rough condition. I disagree with their assessment most vehemently! I amm highly displeased with this experience.
