Products good but return process ridiculous.
I do like their products but their return process is excessive and cumbersome, requesting multiple photos to be sent to them as evidence of return: * According to the return policy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. * ⚠️ After shipping, please provide the following three clear photos to process your refund faster (also allow us to handle any unexpected issues promptly). 1. Shipping label photo – The label attached to the package 2 .Package weight photo – The package on a scale showing its weight 3. Post office receipt – include return weight and tracking number * Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
