Broken dress
Ordered polka dot swing dress which looked great in the pictures. When it arrived, I was disappointed at how flimsy the material was, but decided to wear it anyway. It looked OK on though the fit wasn't great, it was a little big. Planned to wear it for a second time to a film premiere event and as I put it on, the zip completely broke. I had to put something else on last-minute and I was really disappointed. I was only offered a refund after posting about my experience- initially I was fobbed off and then I was given a token payment of 3 USD. That's about the cost of a birthday card. So disappointed that to get a half decent service you have to resort to using these kind of forums to share the truth with other customers. I've now received a refund but overall a cautionary tale.
