I had the same experience. Item arrived and the printing was poor quality. The "sweatshirt" was a thin material, not a sweatshirt. Says you can return. I sent pictures and they are giving me the run around. Offered me $5.00 as compensation for a $39 order because shipping costs are too high. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully, they can get my money back. Do not purchase from this website!
