I purchased a hi10 x tablet from the… I purchased a hi10 x tablet from the Chuwi Russian Store (through Aliexpress) and it came to me not working. I sent it back. It arrived at the Chuwi warehouse in Spain since 11 days and I have given all the details of the UPS shipment, which has regularly arrived. Still waiting for the new and working tablet shipment from Spain to me. Very bad assistance from Chuwi Russian Store: they delay answers to my messages and are incorrect in dealing with customers. No support received by Aliexpress/Alibaba. I suggest not to buy Chuwi products.
