I am unsure about this company I Placed an order and The same day I Placed the order Irealized I had ordered the same product twice. There is no way to cancel just one item on their website the only option is to cancel your entire order which I did and Received a Message saying my order was canceled and I would get a refund in 1 to 2 days. I did reorder However after looking at the account and still not receiving a refund for the original order it appears that both orders have now been "shipped". It is impossible to reach anybody in customer Service.
