I ordered a purse on Sept 8th & received a email from them right away saying they received my order & it could take 1 to 5 business days for the order to ship. On the 5th business day I received another email saying my purse had shipped along with a box that said track here. If you click on that you can watch your package everyday & when your package has arrived it tells you that. I was very pleased with the customer I received from pierrebuy.
