Shocking Customer Service
I paid for a Umidigi Power 3 at their presale event on the 11th of November, I received an order number then nothing, I have tried contacting Umidigi through Aliexpress and their main website with no success, every correspondence ignored, I have contacted Umidigi.eu to see if they have any information. The issue is that they don't respond even when you request a cancellation and return of your payment. Shocking service, unfortunate as I hear good things about the device.
