very Disappointing after sales service
Online booking was all fine and smooth, the only reason I give a second star. Rail Ninja sold us a ticket for a train that was subsequently cancelled and provided no notice or update or information on this with no option (from you) to change trains. We then had to buy a second ticket in situ to carry on our travels plans. The tickets we bought from Rail Ninja turned out to be useless.
