I did not receive any acknowledgement…
I did not receive any acknowledgement after I paid for the ticket. And I have no way to contact ( no email nor contact no ) anyone to verify if this purchase was confirmed and if this company is legitimate. I went back to the website many times trying to get an acknowledgement but i was put through some weird expererience. This put me into much concern and worries and had to work on other alternatives to secure another ticket else where. It was only at the very last minute when I arrived in that country where I was to take the train, I went to the train station to verify the ticket authenticity. Waste of my time and money and didn't get any service. Scary experience. Will not use this website again.
