I'd give them 0 star if I could. NEVER USING VPOST AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.
Bought some things from some US sites, and wanted to ship to Australia. The shipping turned out to be WAY more expensive (double the price) of what the original sites offered. I regret so hard not reading the previous reviews first. Not only that, customer service was basically non-existent, I get a 0-value response 2 weeks later asking me for the tracking number and account number (bro you can just get that from your own system SURELY?) and now I have to start paying storage fee because it's been 30 days already, like it's all part of their plan to delay their responses as much as possible. So annoyed with Vpost, expensive lesson learnt. Now I paid for their stupidly expensive shipping, I wonder if I will ever receive my items. Learn from my mistake.

Paid for a 40% win rate :)
Purchased a duo division boost from plat 1 to diamond 5, waited around a day to get my booster. The guy I got is not reliable. Although his mechanics were decent, he made a lot of doubtful calls. He duo-ed with me on some gold 5 MMR account, played 10 games and lost 6 out of 10 (He didn't even carry the ones we won, other teammates carried without his presence lol). He basically screwed up my MMR. I requested for a new booster because he clearly couldn't carry me. Since then, I never received a new booster. It has been over a week and all I get from customer service is "yeah it's busy right now, just wait". Of course, refund is impossible even though you're really paying for some diamond 5 guy to play with you (inserts diamond 5 meme :^)). Go with another company and save yourself some grief. Never coming back again.
TLDR; Don't trust the good reviews. They have no detailed descriptions so they're just fake reviews. Be smart and DON'T buy GGBoost services.
