Don't use unless you want to brick your PC
I used their software on my dad's PC. I had to convert a dynamic disk to a simple disk, otherwise I couldn't clone this disk. So I tried to do it with their partition software that my dad bought. It told me "this will take a few seconds and then you're PC is going to restart". Well it sure did that, but after that I got a blue screen of death because their software either corrupted or deleted the boot section of the drive so there was no way to boot it up anymore. Recovery/repair options etc didn't even work anymore, no matter what I tried. I contacted their customer service and they send me a link to a file to use to load from a usb stick, but that one also couldn't solve it. Then I spent 1.5 hours chatting with a microsoft employee who made me try multiple things but just absolutely nothing worked. The only things that was left to do was to reinstall Windows and all programs and settings which took me at least an entire day of my life. Next to that all the data on my dad's PC, that I actually tried to safeguard by making a disk clone was lost. Got no apology from them either about it. So better don't ever use this software unless you are fully ready to lose access to your disk and all files completely. Also very suspicious all these short 5 star reviews for them from 'people' who have only written one review on this website so far; especially next to the significant amount of one star reviews with explanations it seems pretty shady to me.
