It does not read ABS, airbag, or many manufacturer-specific system codes, so it is not a replacement for a professional scan tool. The interface is also fairly basic compared with Bluetooth scanners that connect to a smartphone. Overall, this is a useful and budget-friendly OBD-II scanner for everyday vehicle owners. It works well for basic check engine light diagnostics, but those needing advanced diagnostic functions may want a higher-end model.
