I topped up my balanced to buy a skin but all I get is an error saying the seller is offline. How is he supposed to know I'm about to buy his item?When do I get to know when he is online? I tried withdrawing the balance back to my card and they won't even allow it, they only let you transfer the money to other shady case opening sites.
