Do not trust them
Do not trust them. In May I went to them to start working on my divorce. I needed information so I went back in June and started filling out the paperwork. When it asked to do the review I started putting in my card info but canceled before putting in my card. I kept working on my forms off and on through the month and it asked to pay for the review when I closed them each time. In July I went back to keep working on the forms when I had the money on the card I wanted to pay. But before I did it I wanted to get some questions clarified. I wanted to know if it was pay per document or for all of them. As soon as I submitted the questions I got two emails confirming a payment I never agreed to. When trying to deal with that they claimed I was charged in June as well which I did not confirm or grant them permission to do. I did not receive any confirmation of payment at the time or I would have disputed it at the time. They have refused to refund me the money they took without consent and will not tell me how they got the full card information. Now I have to file fraud charges through my credit card. This is a fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.
