Bad service
The service now is so bad and there is no support from the customer service agents at all. Recently, I had some orders, one of the packages was lost before I received it. This package should be received October 30 and until now the customer service replied to me with their recording formats to more than 30 emails that I sent attached with the order number and all details. Also, some of the items received from other orders package were damaged when received and some of them had a very bad quality other than that appeared in the website images, I sent also more than 30 emails regarding this problem attached with some images and videos, and every day a different agent replied to me and I have to repeat all the problem details again without any solutions for more than 2 months. I advise rethinking before making any orders to keep your rights in a case such as I overwhelmed in.
