Not trustworthy and no replies!
I am a big Umidigi fan and my previous phones are from Umidigi. A month ago I ordered the Umidigi F2 from the official umidigi store. Everything was fine and i did receive a tracking number. I found out later the tracking number referred to an address in an another country! After inquiry i got a new tracking number. Suddenly without any further notice they cancelled my order and without any reason. I recently received a small envelope with this new tracking number. In the letter there was a metal piece. A big joke? I have send them several emails asking why? I got an standard reply quoting that all mails will be replied within 48 hrs but still no reply. I got my money back even though i wanted a umidigi F2. Why it was cancelled i do not know. I bought Umidigi F2 with extended warranty but they did not bother to send a F2 but cancelled my order. Not a trustworthy web store!
