Lack of guidance to first time rail users and outdated info during booking
Booked a train ticket for our family on holiday. during the ticketing process, the child's age was given. as he was under 2, we were not required to buy him a separate ticket and he could travel for free. Second point was that the initial booking was not available and had to be rescheduled. I was notified almost immediately after making the booking. in other words, the site was not up to date. Personally would not be using them again.
