First the tickets were booked
First the tickets were booked, then they said they weren’t available anymore but then came back and said they had found some others but would now cost extra. Paid the extra but it took ages for them to issue the downloadable tickets to my email. Finally they were there. So printed them out. When we were on the train & finally the conductor checked the tickets, he said both tickets were issued in one persons same only. We sweated a bit when he said he’d have to look into the matter. Fortunately he didn’t return so must of been ok. When we found our seats there were other people in them. And would not budge. Eventually we were seated. Not a pleasant experience all round.
