Good design, mediocre product, worst customer service ever.
I've purchased many Ulanzi products over the years. Their design is always really good. Product durability is marginal, but given the cost not surprising. The customer service, however, is simply the worst. 6 email exchanges over two weeks, telling me to contact someone else on two of those occasions, even a quick "order something else and we'll send you a new item." To finally end up with an offer of a $3 refund for a $25 item that doesn't work.
