I would give zero stars if it were possible. After i purchased the software, it does not connect to your iphone as advertised. This is the error you get. Connection to your device failed. Please try the following to connect. Reconnect your phone. Try another usb cable or usb port Restart ITransfer. Needless to say i tried all these options numerous times. They have a customer service form, but it doesn't work. It locks up every time you try to hit the drop down button to tell which product you have so there is NO WAY TO GET A REFUND OR TALK TO A Customer service representitive. No number posted. This is a scam, and I am calling the better business bureau and reporting this company for steeling my money. PLEASE PLEASE do not fall for this scam. A Very very angry customer. P.S. I normally give the company an opportunity to rebut my claim or give me assistance, but this option wasn't provided. Seems like the company is run by crooks.
