Difficult refund process
Since when did obtaining a refund become so difficult? I love shopping online for my clothes and rarely have any issues. I have placed 2 orders with this company and both experiences were problematic and exhausting. The first order could not be fulfilled, I only found this out after I had to pursue them for an updated eta on the package only to be advised they could not supply. Then I had to contact another dept to arrange a refund :(. They offered me a coupon which could not be applied to my next order,I gave up in the end and just paid full price after spending time talking to their consultant. When I receive my goods for the second order, the quality was poor with diamonties missing on the sleeve of a top and a dress incorrectly sized. I find the stages of obtaining a refund such a time wasting exercise. Whilst they have nice clothes I simply will not order again through Yoins as this multi stage process of obtaining a refund is ridiculous. Lets hope they don't change me postage to return these.
