They publish partial prices as a method
They published a price for a hotel in Crete. It was a bit cheaper then other companies. They wrote that all taxes are included. When I got to the hotel the owner asked for additional 5 euro local tax. When I asked why, he explained that Agoda doesn't charge the tax and that's why they manage to be cheaper then the other companies. I tried to contact the customer service and only managed to get a circular endless dialog with their AI. So, I wrote this review and I don't want to waist more time on them. Just one more note. I wondered who gives them 5 stars review. If you go down there's a lady named b...., she gave them 4 different 5 stars reviews. I think Trustpilot should look into it
