Unreliable Products
Not in the business of creating reliable products. Mavic Pro batteries no longer charge/work because you had to 'maintain' / 'discharge' them every few months if you weren't going to use them on the drone. This was never made clear. Support refuse to assist as the batteries were purchased so long ago. Honestly, is there even any point of putting the Mavic Pro as a device you can select on their website for assistance with as it's many generations old plus retailers have stopped selling long ago? Anyone with issues would probably get knocked back.
