No response to emails .
Purchased 100amh lithium battery 6 months ago and can't fault it . Problem is I've changed to new mobile and app was on old phone. Factory reset old phone then out app on new phone now it won't pick up the battery. Read somewhere or only connects to one at a time. It's off the other phone and still won't connect . Emailed twice and still no reply . Your customer service is a complete farce.
