A company that has no customer services, it's impossible to reach and find solution to any problem/question
Hi, For more than 3 days I'm trying to get someone from the c.s. to reply to my questions. After 3 days, finally I got some answers, not very clearly, but still some were unanswered. Then I tried again, yesterday to send another email, which suddenly was 'blocked'. They do have some strange 'tickets' method instead of fast and useful c.s. like a chat or email. I just want to place an order and I have no one to turn to. I think that nowadays, a company that doesn't have an excellent c.s. will vanish, because we as paying customers deserve an immediate and efficient services. Thank you all.
