Great user interface
Great user interface, easy to use. I have been using Traveloka for two years. Most of the transactions I did with traveloka are booking airline tickets, and despite many bad reviews from other people, luckily I have never experienced problems when using this application. I have once experienced an error ordering a ticket, but the customer service I contacted immediately helped me.
