Waited 3 weeks to get product ordered…
Waited 3 weeks to get product ordered and it came in as not a direct repacement that it was advertised to be. Had to spend many hours trying to talk to a human being, Then they wanted more documentation including making a video for them. Finally convinced them of the product deficiency. and days later have not received the promised RMA authorization.
