I got zero customer service and never should have booked with them
I requested a cancelation 2 hours after making an order. I opened a chat with their website. I 'spoke" to a BOT and could not be connected to a real person. They refused to help me cancel my order even though it was just made literally a few hours earlier that same day- They have a self-made policy of no refunds, period. Beware of Ticket Center don't use them unless the home venue is sold out, they markup resale tickets too.
