Bit of long wait, however, exceptional over all experience
I previously posted not such a great review about this site and the item I’ve purchased. My past weekend experience with the item and the dresslily team has altered my out look and it help me self realize that perhaps my review was a bit more downing than I had hope it would sound so I’ll retract it and re-review based on my over all experience and thoughts about my item. First let I’ll start with the cons. I stand by the fact that It took longer than expected with lack of information that my item was out of stock. The wait to chat with a customer was longer than expected. The item I purchased was little different than I had seen expected from the material to the look of it. Now for the pros. As it turns out, though the item was not everything I expected, it turned out not to look as bad as I thought. I gave it more of a chance to grow on me and it has. I wore it, posted a photo with it and grabbed many compliments. The dresslilly team saw my review and immediately tended to the situation and did what they can to make it right and a better experience for me. In my book, doing all you can to make a customers experience better than before is always a plus and they did that. They offered me a refund for my inconvenience without requesting the item back and that was very big of them. With that being said, my over all experience with dresslilly turned out to be not as bad as I felt I made it previously so I felt it was only right to do this. Especially over 1 item. Recommended
