Worst online experience
This is very serious 18th of May I ordered a phone around £430 which all I had for a phone. I’ve been told it’s been delivered when I haven’t received anything. Now it’s nearly two months I’m being ignored I contacted them via, email, live chat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter but got nowhere, the reply I get is “sorry for the inconvenience” this is an example of what email responses I get from them. The same automated email I get every time I feel sorry for myself and can’t do anything about. Hope they see this comment. Thank you
