Good first impressions but disappointing.
I gave this company a 4 star review in August 2025 for a battery for a Huawei matebook 15 laptop. It`s now 8 months since I fitted it and it performs even worse than the one I removed and binned, so I cannot recommend their products. I now have to purchase another battery as I have no confidence in this company. As a result of this review Trustpilot asked, on behalf of New Laptop Accessory, for more information to prove that I was a genuine customer( funny that they didn`t ask that when I originally gave a four star review). I provided the requested information but the company has failed to respond. In response to the paragraph above the company has asked for the order number again but hasn`t provided a link to respond to so I can only answer here, so for the second time, the order number is 210016187. I`ll keep my fingers crossed for a prompt reply but I won`t hold my breath as responses from this company are painfully slow.
