Big mistake
The company offers a £50 voucher to post a 5* Trustpilot review. It also claims 5* rating on its website when it is only 4.3. I bought a "refurbished" phone that was still locked by the previous owner, so it had not even been tested! When I sent it back they told ME to unlock it and ignored my request for a refund. I had to claim back the cost from PayPal and threaten legal action. I’m £10 out of pocket for the cost of returning the phone (including insurance) which their Ts&Cs say they would cover! It was a big mistake buying from this company.
