I originally gave DressLily a one star rating. This was mainly due to the fact that the sizing guide did not work for me and I could not navigate the return procedures - the process kept going around in circles and I got tired of entering my information multiple times. However, after my review, I was contacted by DressLily and was asked to donate the jacket I received to charity (which I did) and they also gave me a full refund. I now give them a four star rating only because of the initial dealings I went thru. Their response to my problem was definitely five star.
